These Subscription Terms apply to optional recurring services offered on Dduku Shop, such as our email newsletter and any future vendor or membership subscription plans. They supplement our general Terms of Use.

Signing up for our newsletter is free and voluntary. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by adjusting your preferences in your account settings.

Where we offer paid subscription plans for marketplace vendors (e.g. store listing plans), the applicable billing cycle, renewal terms, and cancellation process will be disclosed at the time of sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, vendor subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.

You may cancel any subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support@ddukushop.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
