These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ddukushop.com (the “Site”), operated by Dduku Shop (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Dduku Shop operates as a marketplace that hosts listings from both Dduku Shop directly and independent third-party vendors. Where a product is sold by a third-party vendor, that vendor is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, product quality, and fulfillment, in accordance with our vendor policies. Dduku Shop facilitates the transaction and payment processing but is not the manufacturer of vendor-supplied goods unless explicitly stated.
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and cancel orders affected by such errors, with a full refund where payment has already been collected. All prices are listed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways, including Pesapal and Flutterwave; we do not store your full card numbers or PINs on our servers. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Money Back Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding vendor-supplied product images), is the property of Dduku Shop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; submit false or fraudulent orders; interfere with the Site’s normal operation; or scrape or harvest data from the Site without our consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dduku Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Revised” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
